According to UsMagazine, The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the Beverly Hills home of Britney Spears Friday after her parents discovered valuable possessions belonging to the singer were missing.
After Spears’ father Jamie won legal control over his daughter at an emergency hearing Friday, he and ex-wife Lynne returned to the house “shocked” to find valuable items of their daughter’s “had been stolen.

It’s been ten days since the death of Heath Ledger, and former fianceé and baby mama Michelle Williams released a statement. It reads:
“Please respect our need to grieve privately. My heart is broken. I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father. All that I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every day. His family and I watch Matilda as she whispers to trees, hugs animals, and takes steps two at a time and we know that he is with us still. She will be brought up with the best memories of him.”

It’s been a crazy friday for Britney Spears, but at least she is getting the help she needs.
Jamie Spears and a lawyer have been named conservators of Britney’s estate. What they say goes.
Sam Lutfi is out of the picture. Legally! Britney’s parents got a restraining order against him and he can not get anywhere near Spears.
Britney’s Father Jamie and the attorney have temporary power over Spears’s finances, in addition to securing her residence, changing its locks, and vacating any persons living there. They also are allowed to restrict and limit visitors to Britney, as well as employ security guards to protect her.

PageSix is reporting that Britney Spears’ mom, Lynne Spears, wants to take her daughter back to Louisiana. This after Britney Spears’ legal team has been instructed by the pop star’s family not to talk to Sam Lutfi.
Lynne hopes to take her daughter back home as soon as she’s released from UCLA Medical Center in three days.
Momma Spears is “extremely concerned for her daughter,” obviously, according to Flanagan.
Lynne feels that the biggest problem facing Britney’s recovery is the circle of friends shes become involved with and Lynne desperately wants to extricate her daughter from that. Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana, Flanagan says, reinforcing the belief that Britney simply can’t get the help she needs while she remains in L.A. Lynn was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in.
So maybe Sam will be out of Britney’s life.
