Britney Spears is reportedly pregnant - with Birmingham-born paparazzo Adnan Ghalib’s baby.
A US magazine claims that Ghalib, the singer’s on-off boyfriend, has been bragging to pals that she is expecting his child.
A source said: “Adnan’s boasting that he’s going to be a dad.
“Britney is his dream come true.
“He knows that if she has a child with her, he’d be made for life.”
The source added: “She’s been telling people how much she loves Adnan and crowing about having a baby with him.”
Another pal of mother-of-two Spears, 26, said the chart star is longing for a daughter.
The friend said: “It’s always been her dream to have a little ‘mini-me’ as she likes to say.”
Spears has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline - Sean, two and 17-month-old Jayden. She and Ghalib, 35, are rumoured to have “married” in secret in Mexico earlier this year.

Don’t expect to catch a glimpse of Britney Spears at any of the celebrity-filled 80th Annual Academy Awards afterparties tomorrow night. Similar to the snub the trainwreck received from Grammy organizers earlier this month, Britney has been banned from all pre-and-post Oscar events, according to the Rumor Mill. The pop singer joins Paris Hilton on the list of celebrities who reportedly aren’t wanted anywhere near the Kodak Theater on Sunday.

“While Brit is certainly a name in Hollywood - it’s for all the wrong reasons. She’s a car crash waiting to happen and organizers don’t want to take the risk of her showing up and creating a scene.”

“Her presence at any party would instantly generate lots of publicity but while it’s tempting to send out an invite, it’s a hassle that they don’t really want…..The Hollywood fraternity are horrified that Brit’s breakdown has been played out practically on their doorsteps. There’s a great deal of sympathy for her, so the decision not to invite Brit is out of concern for her too.”

“We’re pleased that … the process of reinstating the children’s mother as a participant in their lives can commence,” Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Friday.

He added that Britney would “very soon” be allowed to see Tater Tot and Small Fry.

This is such a good thing!!!

Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.

The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn’t have to allow Britney any visitation. It wasn’t court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney’s dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.

We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.

But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

Reports are surfacing that throughout their relationship, Sam Lufti demanded money from Britney. He was very controlling of her and because he know her fragile state, he took advantage of it. Sam was never looking out for Britney like he says, he was just using her. It is unknown how much money he took from the mega rich pop star, but according to sources, Britney thinks that he was the one who broke into her house while she was being held at UCLA Medical Center. Gosh, this guy is so gross.

Meanwhile, Brit has been spending her days at Millennium Dance Studio practicing her moves. That may be a good activity to keep her busy while she is trying to get healthy.

I am actually rooting for Britney…she is being taken advantage of because of her money. She needs someone by her-side who is truly there for her…Justin Timberlake would be a good source, he doesn’t need the money and he once cared about her very much, but he probably isn’t looking for the baggage at this time. Poor Brit!

We’re told Brit’s law firm, Trope and Trope, has filed an ex parte motion to get out of the case even faster than scheduled. Right now, Trope’s motion to withdraw as counsel is set to be heard on March 10, but apparently Trope can’t wait to get out. We’re told that tomorrow, the firm will ask the Commissioner to hear its request earlier.

Trope and Trope filed the withdrawal motion one day after Laura Wasser secretly visited Brit in the hospital last week, and that Jamie Spears wanted to replace Trope with Laura. That’s gotta hurt! But the fact is, we’re hearing the firm has been divided for a while over whether it was a good idea to keep representing Britney.

Wasser would not return calls, but we’re told she doesn’t want back in because the case is nothing but grief.

The hearing is set for tomorrow at 8:30 AM. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: Sources say there are two major reasons why Trope wants out, stat. First, they’re pissed off that Brit likes Laura more, but even more fundamentally, it’s impossible to rep anyone when you can’t communicate with them, and we’re told the court-appointed lawyer for Britney will not let the Trope lawyers have any contact with Britney.
